The main challenge adopting cloud in the Enterprise

Not breaking the self-serve nature of the cloud when curating the cloud. Cloud platforms and  technology platforms in general are general purpose and they need to be curated and configured according to the buesiness domain procesess and policies in which they are applied. In doing so, Enterprises usually perform the curation of the cloud platforms by implementing  processes based on human interactions via ticketing systems, email approvals and human admins performing manual tasks
